| Customs As usual, St Omer LFQN will be "customs airfield" during the week-end, from Friday to Sunday. This is a special authorization granted only to the participants to the fly-in. |
Caution ! Horseracing will take place on the same week-end as the fly-in. The racecourse being very close to the airfield (Cf. VAC chart), this will cause flows of vehicules (cars and trucks) on the small road located under final 27. In case of landing runway 27, pay attention to the displaced threshold in order to make sure there is no conflict with the road traffic. On the other hand, pay attention to the prison located close to the threshold runway 27. Its overflying is strictly forbidden! |
Arrival instructions Please keep in mind to close your flight plan as soon as possible to the office located in the back of the hangar. Then please visit the welcome tent located at the entrance of the hangar, in order to report your arrival and to pay the meals. Payment in cash only for both meals and fuel. |
