Registrations 97 crews are registered for the fly-in. Registration is no closed (meals and customs). |
Customs It is now official, St Omer will be "customs airfield" during the week-end, more precisely from Thursday 6th until Monday 10th (included). Note that this applies only to the aircraft duly registered for the fly-in, with a 24h PNR. The aeroclub is asked to send the list of particpants to the competent services. |
Caution Please pay attention to the prison located close to the threshold runway 27. Its overflying is strictly forbidden! (cf. VAC). On the other hand, pilots are asked to pay attention to the three nature reserves located in the vicinity of the airfield (spoted by red dots on the OACI chart). The overflying of these areas must be done above 1000 ft AGL. |
Arrival instructions Please keep in mind to close your flight plan as soon as possible to the office located in the back of the hangar. Then please visit the welcome tent located at the entrance of the hangar, in order to report your arrival and to pay the meals. Payment in cash only for both meals and fuel. |
Meals Booking is essential for the meals on Saturday night and Sunday at lunchtime. Small catering will be also provided on Saturday at lunchtime. |
