| Customs | For aircraft coming from non-Shengen countries, the airfield should exceptionally provides customs facilities for the week-end (a confirmation message will be sent to the participants). The flying club is in charge of sending the list of participants to the customs services. Participants concerned by these facilities are asked to send us details about people on board : surname, forename, and date of birth. These information can be added in the registration form or sent separately later by e-mail or by fax. Please keep in mind that prior registration to the fly-in is mandatory in order to benefit from these customs facilities. |
