| Welcome of participants... 79 aircraft are registrated to the fly-in, 50 of them coming from abroad. Welcome is provided under a tent situated at the entry of the hangar. There you will be asked to pay your meals: Saturday dinner and/or Sunday breakfast and/or Sunday lunch. Sandwiches will be proposed on Saturday lunchtime. Please note that only cash (euros) will be accepted. |
Customs... We have the confirmation that St Omer will be "customs airfield" on September 2nd & 3rd. Please note that these customs facilities are provided only to the participants duly registrated to the fly-in. The flying club is asked to send to the customs services the list of participants (24h PNR). So Friday noon is the deadline for any amendment. |
Closure of flight plans... Flight Information Service is again provided in North of France (Lille Info - 134.82) and the simplest way to close your flight plan is to contact them. Otherwise, please ask quickly neither to a "marshal" or to the reception to close the flight plan for you. |
